Dads words, photos, and memories slowly being deleted

Sometimes technology really SUCKS!!! Wednesday evening I was trying to get into Dads yahoo account and for whatever reason only known to Yahoo the password didn't work and it took me two attempts at changing the password to get into his account but only to find that ALL (except for his spam folder and the "you changed your password" emails) of Dads emails, his 30 individual folders and all their contents were gone!! Wiped out!! He saved every email he wrote, sent, didn't send, photos, even copies of cards he'd sent and everything was gone! I was, and am, so distraught by this that I sent four different help requests and two feedback forms over 12 hours. I contacted yahoo on Facebook and they tried to tell me that because dad is gone they deleted everything which is the biggest load of crap because they didn't even know he was gone when the emails disappeared!!! It was only after I told them that they came up with this lame ass excuse! I found a phone number and actually spoke to someone directly and when I posted such on the yahoo fb and said yahoo customer service and tech support were working on it for me they didn't believe me and tried to say that legally I couldn't have the emails..they wanted to know who I spoke with because they thought I WAS SCAMMED! I told the dummy that the number I called cam directly from YAHOO CORPORATE and the only scammer I smelled was the Yahoo Customer Care page on Facebook...funny,,,never heard back from them,,,gee....maybe it's because they are BUSTED???? Received two emails in Dads account indicated they were working on his email account! And on my own I found Dads photos!!!!!! Slowly coming together...
